$80- A 4 week macros meal plan calculated to your daily dietary needs (2 month commitment)



1 on 1 sessions:

1 session- $110

4 sessions- $380 ($95 a session)

8 sessions- $680 ($85 a session)

10 session- $800 ($80 a session)

Monthly Macros&Muscles

$100- A 4 week Training and Macro program (3 month commmitment)

In person/Virtual Training Sessions

Virtual Sessions:

1-session- $85

4 sessions- $300 (75 a session)

8 Sessions- $560 (70 a session)

Duet Sessions:

1 session- $155

4 sessions-$590 ($295 each)

8 sessions- $1,060-($530 each)


Competition/monthly Coaching

Bars and Belles Club Membership

-A customized program based off percentages of your one rep max and tailored to your specific goal whether it be strength, muscle gain, and weight loss. along with a nutritional guidance  

-Everything is shared through Google Drive. Google Drive allows us to track your weekly progress and it's interface allows for any quick changes to programming. 

 -Each program will last approx. 4 - 8 weeks depending on the type of block/cycle we are in.

- A tracking sheet used for weekly average weight updates, macronutrient tracking, and any instructions on necessary changes. 

-Form checks and/or adjustments to lifting mechanics. I encourage clients to send videos of themselves performing compound movements so we can fix any form inefficiencies. This allows us to progress in the future. 

- Mobility prescriptions.

- Food suggestion

-Weekly phone call check ins

-Monthly virtual/in person training session at a remote gym of your choice
